Estampes de Kwaidan, commissioned by the CNDM. Premiered in May 2023 by Moonwinds Ensemble (J.E. Lluna, clarinet; Salvador Bolón, cello; J.C. Garvayo, piano) at the Centro Reina Sofía, Madrid.

'Pipes and Flamingos' (clarinet concerto). 2016–17 season. World premiere on 9 February 2017 at the Auditorio de Santiago de Compostela with the Real Filharmonía de Galicia. Work written and dedicated to J.E. Lluna, a joint project with the composer. Recorded and performed with the Belgrade Philharmonic in October 2022.

'Il Angelo Necessario' (clarinet concerto). Spanish premiere on 6, 7 and 8 February 2020 with the OBC, Auditori de Barcelona.

Clarinet concerto, world premiere in the 2016–17 season (date to be confirmed). Work written and dedicated to J.E. Lluna, commissioned by BBVA.

'Des-de l'ombra a la llum' ('From the shadow to the light'). World premiere at the 8th Festival Residències de Música de Cambra, Centro Cultural La Beneficencia, Valencia, 5 July 2016. Texts by Vicent Alonso, a tribute to painter Ignacio Pinazo on the centenary of his death. Festival ensemble, soprano Vanessa García, conducted by Joan Enric Lluna.

'Escenas del Quijote' ('Scenes from Don Quixote'). Premiered by Moonwinds in 2017 (date to be confirmed). Work dedicated to Moonwinds.

'Clouds'. Premiered by Moonwinds on 17 May 2015 at the Ensems festival, commissioned by Culturarts-Ensems, Teatre Principal, Valencia. Work dedicated to J.E. Lluna and Moonwinds.

'Lunas de Klee' ('Klee's Moons'). Premiered by Moonwinds on 17 November 2014 at Hall 400 of the Museo Reina Sofía, Madrid, as part of a CNDM series and commission. Work dedicated to J.E. Lluna and Moonwinds.

'Transgresión 1' ('Transgression 1'), for solo clarinet. Premiered on 24 May 2010 at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London, as part of the Music Theatre convention.

'Fantasia on Porgy and Bess', for clarinet and orchestra (Bilbao Orkestra Sinfonikoa, Euskalduna, Paul Daniel conducting, 11 and 12 February 2010). Work commissioned and dedicated to Joan Enric Lluna. World premiere in its string quartet version in August 2009 with the Utrecht String Quartet, 1st International Festival Residències de Música de Cambra de Godella. Premiered in its string orchestra version with the Orquesta de Cámara Andrés Segovia, October 2009. Recorded with the Alexander String Quartet for Foghorn Records, 2011.

Quintet for clarinet and strings, a tribute to L. de Olavide. Dedicated to J.E. Lluna, premiered at the Alicante Contemporary Music Festival with the Aron Quartet, alongside the Spanish premiere of E. Carter's Quintet, 24 September 2009.

'Gardens of Love', for clarinet and string quartet. Dedicated to Joan E. Lluna, premiered at the Greenwich International String Quartet Festival, London, with the Brodsky Quartet, 18 April 2009.

'Elogio del horizonte' ('In praise of the horizon'), for clarinet and orchestra. Premiered at the Auditorio Nacional de Madrid with the ONE and Miguel Harth-Bedoya, 13 June 2007. Recorded for Kairós with the ONE and Harth-Bedoya; available on Spotify.

'In Memoriam', for clarinet and string quartet, staged. Premiered at the Jacqueline du Pré Hall, Oxford, with the Brodsky Quartet, 13 November 2004. Commissioned by J.E. Lluna through the Arts Council of Great Britain.

'Song of the Traveller at Night' (a tribute to Bill Viola), for clarinet and string quartet. Premiered at the National Gallery, London, with the Academy of Saint Martin-in-the-Fields Chamber Ensemble, 12 November 2003. Recorded with the Brodsky Quartet in 2013.
